Referring a patient to The Tooth Spa

Dentists and other healthcare professionals can refer patients to our practice in Chapel Allerton. Please include the patient’s contact details, a short summary of the problem and any relevant imaging.

For OPG or CBCT scans, please use our dental imaging referral form. For anything else, contact the practice on 0113 262 5545 and our team will help.

Treatments we can help with

Our dentists provide dental implants, root canal treatment, wisdom tooth care, Invisalign and same-day appointments with our emergency dentist team. Patients who are housebound can ask about dental home visits.

When you refer a patient, it helps us to know their medical history, any medication they take, and whether they are nervous about treatment. We can then plan the first appointment around their needs and allow extra time where it is needed.
